Qingdao Chifine Machinery Co.,Ltd was established in 2005 .We are a small machining workshop at first ,only a few turning ,milling and lathe Machine . We only do domestic business at beginning .But based on our stable quality and rich experience ,We attract many customer in China .

In 2007, we start the sand casting business.Also we apply the exporting rights from this year We mainly produce casting municipal products like manhole cover ,bollard ,tree grate etc .We export many containers every year .Also attract big customer in Spain,Italy and Portugal.We have established long term business relationship till today.

With the booming of our business, we enlarge our machining workshop and add more advanced machining equipment for our production. Till now, we have 9 sets CNC machining center,18 sets CNC lathe, also we have Broaching Machines, Grinding Machines,Milling Machines etc.

Based on customer’s request ,we open our investment casting foundry from this year . It can have better surface quality, less surface defects, higher accuracy in dimensions than sand casting .

Because of the environment protecting ruler, we change our handmade sand casting production to the automatic production line. Our working efficiency gets much higher in this way . Moreover, We introduce shell mold casting process .So that we  can meet customer’s requirement in different OEM industry and reinforce relationship with our old and new customer .
