How do you solve the complaints from customer?
We will ask customer to send us picture or videos for the unqualified products first .Then we will ask our QC group to track what’s the reason that lead problems .If it is really our mistake after we carefully checking ,we will take positive measures to help customer solve it .First,we will ask customer to check if they can repair in local market ,we pay the repairing charges .If it is inconvenience ,we can replace good quality products in next order to make customer satisfied .
