Customer’s satisfaction is our final target !In order to ensure the quality, our independent QC department will carry out strict inspection at each stage.Under ISO9001:2015 quality management system,We use first-class measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure evey part with good inner quality and correect dimension . Our enterprise owns more than 280 employees, including 3 senior engineers, 6 engineers, and 15technicians in our R&D team.

First ,Incoming material inspection

Before pouring ,we will do the material chemical composition analysis with the spectrometer.

Second,Inspection during production progress

We have special QC staff to check the goods during production to ensure every procedure and process will be right

Third,Dimension ,Appearance and Inside quality checking for finished products

We use the gauge to check the dimension based on drawing carefully in process also we will do Micro structure inspection,Ultrasonic inspection,Magnetic powder inspection to ensure the inner quality if you needed Before shipment ,all the parts must be checking by our QC group to ensure quality in high level .

Fourth,Random Check by QC director

When all the parts has been past test by our QC staff ,our QC director will choose several part for random checking .Then we will show detail testing report to customer if it is approval by director

Fifth,The professional third party inspection like SGS are also welcomed if you needed

At last , We can provide you comprehensive test report which you required after the products finishing like Size report ,material chemical composition report ,Mechanical property test report
